This prestige wine is made of equal proportions of hand picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Mount Gambier. The grapes were whole bunch pressed and only the free run portion of the juice or the 'cuvée' was used to create this vintage wine.
A complex nose with yeast autolysis characters shining through. Oyster shell, sea brine and lemon pith. Decadent.
