Changes to our Freight Partner's, Couriers Please's Delivery Processes in Response to Coronavirus.

In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation, Couriers Please have announced some temporary changes to how they deliver parcels.  These measures are intended to keep essential freight links operating with as little disruption as possible and ensure the safety of all involved in the supply chain.

Delivery of Signature Required Product

All Couriers Please drivers will:

1. Knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as safe)They will wait for the occupant to come to the door and greet them as usual.

2. They will then ask for the recipient's name, sign the scanner with ‘ATL’ and leave the parcel in a sensible place for the customer to pick up once they leave.

3. If no one comes to the door and the franchisee considers the location a safe drop, the standard ATL process will be followed.

4. If no one comes to the door and the franchisee does not consider the location a safe drop, they will follow the standard failed delivery card process.


Social Distancing

On behalf of both Couriers Please and our own team, in addition to the temporary changes mentioned above, we will of course be observing good social distancing techniques.

If you are showing symptoms, please let us know before collection so that we can take appropriate precautionary steps. If you are not, please be aware that we will endeavour at all times to keep a distance of at least two metres (or as far back as safe) and continue to practice good hygiene.
