Almost half of the grapes in this decadent sparkling Shiraz have come from the 2019 vintage and the other half from this year, 2021. A true non vintage style from two excellent harvests in Wrattonbully, Limestone Coast, South Australia.
Think Christmas cake, cherries and spice with a juicy mid palate and a hint of savoury oak. Made in both stainless steel and seasoned barrels followed by a moderately balanced dosage at 20g/L.

You need to be ‘Brave’ in whatever you do and ‘Duke’ it through the sea of life! The name of this delicious bubbles also rhymes with both of my son’s names, Zave & Luc! Enjoy!
