This prestige wine is made of almost equal proportions of hand picked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes sourced from Mount Gambier. The grapes were whole bunch pressed and only the free run portion of the juice or the 'cuvée' was used to create this vintage wine.
A complex nose with yeast autolysis characters shining through. Baked apple, almond nougat, lemon zest and oyster shell. Focused.
Named after Kenneth Baverstock, the Great Grandfather of our youngest generation!
20 months tirage age, 5g/L residual sugar.
