In The Making

When did it actually dawn on me to start my own wine label? I have been trying to define 'the' moment, but it is something that has grown organically and with the evolving nature of my consulting business it felt right to pick a few tonnes of grapes (as you do) when the season was just perfect and worry about what to do with it in years to come.......

That was back in 2015 and now the labour of that fruit is ready for release!
