Ladies' Day Spritzer Recipe | The Hugo

We were thrilled to mix spritzers for the Penola Football Netball Club's Ladies' Day, in support of the Cure Brain Cancer Foundation and their important fundraising work. The drinks flowed, and the clear favourite was our ever-refreshing Hugo Spritz.

We love it for the ultra-fresh ingredients — homegrown limes and mint picked straight from the garden. The secret ingredient has to be the elderflower cordial (yes, from Ikea!), along with our Ada's Prosecco, which keeps things beautifully not-too-sweet.
