Join the Fizz List before Christmas for your chance to win a six pack of the 2023 Cuvée Nessa Blanc de Blancs, valued at $510.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter. The promoter is Peta Baverstock trading as Cuvée-Co Wines, 46 Riddoch Street, Penola SA 5277 (ABN: 98 765 990 055). Contact: peta@cuveecowines.com or 0412 561 931.
  2. Who can enter. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. The promoter's immediate family members are not eligible.
  3. Promotion period. The promotion opens at 9:00am ACDT on Saturday 31 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACDT on Thursday 24 December 2026.
  4. How to enter. Join the Cuvée-Co Wines and POPO newsletter (the Fizz List) during the promotion period by filling in a sign-up sheet at POPO or at a Cuvée-Co Wines event, or by signing up online. Entrants must give their name and a valid email address and agree to receive our newsletters.
  5. Free entry. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  6. Limit. One entry per person. Each email address can only be entered once. Existing Fizz List subscribers who sign up again in the promotion period will be entered once.
  7. Prize. One prize of six bottles of 2023 Cuvée Nessa Blanc de Blancs, with a total retail value of $510 (6 x $85). The prize can't be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  8. Draw. The winner will be drawn at random at 12:00pm ACDT on Tuesday 29 December 2026 at POPO, 46 Riddoch Street, Penola SA 5277.
  9. Notifying the winner. The winner will be contacted by email, and notified in writing within 7 days of the draw.
  10. Claiming the prize. The winner has 14 days from being notified to claim the prize. The prize can be collected from POPO or delivered to an Australian address at the cost to the winner (this will be quoted), where delivery of alcohol is legal. Proof of age may be requested, and an adult aged 18 or over must accept the delivery.
  11. Unclaimed prize. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, a redraw will take place at 12:00pm ACDT on Tuesday 19 January 2027 at POPO, and the new winner will be notified the same way.
  12. Publishing the winner. The winner's first initial, surname and postcode will be published on cuveecowines.com within 30 days of the draw.
  13. Privacy. Entrants' details will be used to run this draw and to send the Cuvée-Co Wines and POPO newsletter. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell or share your details.
  14. Responsible drinking. Cuvée-Co Wines supports the responsible service and enjoyment of alcohol.
  15. Changes. If the promotion can't run as planned for reasons outside the promoter's control, the promoter may change or cancel it, subject to South Australian law.
  16. Records. Entry forms will be kept for at least three months after the draw.
