2021 Cuvée Nessa is the second release of our Prestige Blanc de Blancs. Built from hand picked Chardonnay from Kongorong, Mount Gambier and surrounds, and with extended tirage age (three years), this indulgent sipping sparkling wine is extremely special.
2021 was a classic vintage, with ideal ripening and harvest conditions.
Lime flower, almonds, pastry and toast. Savoury and elegant. Perfect aperitif style.

Judge's comments from the 2026 Limestone Coast Wine Show, "Lovely wine. Lots of complex leesy characters coming through. Brioche, and brie cheese rind. Fruit is in the pocket, incredibly fresh. White peaches, lemon curd. Beautifully complex wine."
