A new bottling, a new disgorgement, and it's vintage- deliciously fresh!
Just like the Non Vintage, this wine is Plush! It has just been disgorged having spent three years on lees (late disgorged). Predominantly Pinot Noir (75%) grapes from Robe are highlighted in this wine, with a backbone of Mount Gambier Chardonnay (25%). High quality fruit, whole bunch pressed and a steady primary ferment, captured the pretty red fruits making for an elegant Rosé. Named after our own Veuve Byers, Ivy Elliot (My Nan).
Judge's comments from the 2026 Limestone Coast Wine Show, "Pale salmon. Red berry fruits on the nose with a savoury note. Red apple, ripe white stone fruit on the palate, nice creamy texture."
