2023 Cuvée Nessa is the third release of our Prestige Blanc de Blancs. Built from hand picked Chardonnay from Kongorong, Mount Gambier and surrounds, and with extended tirage age (almost three years), this indulgent sipping sparkling wine is extremely special.
2023 was a cool vintage, shaped by puckering acids with our full malo-lactic acid fermentation signature.
