A new bottling, a new disgorgement, and it's vintage- deliciously fresh!
Just like the Non Vintage, this wine is Plush! It has just been disgorged having spent three years on lees (late disgorged). Predominantly Pinot Noir (75%) grapes from Robe are highlighted in this wine, with a backbone of Padthaway Chardonnay (25%). High quality fruit, whole bunch pressed and a steady primary ferment, captured the pretty red fruits making for an elegant Rosé. Named after our own Veuve Byers, Ivy Elliot (My Nan).
